Note: The unit is a 2 story 1 Bedroom Townhouse and the downstairs living area doubles as the second bedroom.
First floor: Living, dining, large full kitchen, full bath and new laundry (high capacity washer and dryer). It actually doubles as the second bedroom, as there is a European orthopedic queen size sleeper and a single sleeper (accommodating 3 persons). There is a full bath, closet and drawers for storage. The guests that sleep downstairs have fully independent amenities of those upstairs. This living area opens to your large private terrace and sun deck. From here, you walk right on the beach! Not only a direct beach view, but direct beach access straight from your beach Townhouse!
Second floor: Master sleeping area with pillow topped King size bed and a double Day bed (accommodating 4 persons) full bathroom and closet. Breathtaking direct beach views from both floors.
There are 2 large 47" HD Flat Panel TVs (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Each TV has a Blue Ray DVD player hooked up via the Internet to Netflix, Pandora, etc. There is a high quality Stereo sound system with surround sound downstairs. Free wireless Internet service from the unit and free local and US long distance telephone service (NOTE: there are charges for calling the ‘0’ operator and for calling ‘411’ information; the Fee is $4.00 each call).
The Kitchen is nicely equipped: Large modern refrigerator with high output ice maker, Stove with oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster oven, Coffee & Espresso makers, miscellaneous pots, pans, utensils, tableware and glasses.
Ironing board and iron as well as 2 hair blowers (1 at each bathroom) are also in the unit.
TH-10 offers you the comforts and unique experience of being at your own Beach House and not just at another apartment in a beach front building. No hallways or elevator to go to the beach or pool, you are at sand level! Yes, you are right at the Beach!
